International Cup in air athletics was held in Novosibirsk on August 24. It was held in the sports gymnastics-training center of Evgeni Podgorny (George Colonda st. 5, Novosibirsk).
The tournament featured 50 performances by athletes from Russia and Kazakhstan in the three traditional disciplines of Ail Athletics: aerial silks, aerial hoop and pole sport in the youth and adult categories.
Online broadcast was organized through the SPORT54 news channel, so everyone could follow the tournament.
Morozova Irina and international judges: Gats Natalya, Molina Daria, represented the panel of judges of the tournament. The head judge of the tournament was the president of the FVAR — Anastasia Zhuravleva (St. Petersburg).
The co-organizer of the tournament was the regional representative of the FVAR in the Siberian Federal District and the current judge of the FVAR, the head of the school of aerial athletics «… FA» (Novosibirsk) — Oksana Golub.
Welcoming remarks at the opening of the tournament were made by Alexander Bormatov, the head of the “Children’s Sports” project in the Siberian Federal District, the initiator of the “Герои нашего двора” project.
